The story:

I was walking down the hall one day in school singing kind of quietly to myself. Some girl I had never met before tapped on my shoulder and said, "Why are you singing it like that?" I said as smoothly as possible, "Because I can," and walked off all cool like. However, I was embarrassed for over a week and I remember literally smacking myself in the forehead once I got my cousin to tell me the real words. As with all my other mistakes, I've never lived it down and probably never will.
