I was driving down the road with my sister. I told her, "Hey check out this tune it's really good. I think you'll like it and Jack's band is playing it at the bar." (I ran with a band called Jack Clayton & The Texas Connections back then). I never really payed that close attention to the lyrics before but we both looked at each other and asked... "Did they just say what I think they just said?" Later that evening we went to the club and told my friend about the song. She practically fell out of her chair then took the time to explain it was Dumas Walker. Needless to say she told the band and every time I was around they would look at me and sing ... "Let's All Gooooooooo down and DO MISS WALKER" So embarassing lol.
