I had been singing along this way every time I heard the song. Then, one day, I heard it while eating (and so, unable to sing) and realized that 1, I was oh-so-wrong, and 2, I had no friggin' clue WHAT she was saying. I finally confessed my ignorance to my then-boyfriend, who laughed heartily, but DID eventually give me the right words.
