The story:

Singing it aloud in front of my husband in the car. He used to sing it with his band, so he (of course) knew the lyrics by heart. I defended it by saying I always thought it was a reference to the Australian slang, G'Day. i.e. "Are you trying to tempt me because I'm an Australian guy?" My husband just laughed at me (then gave me a Vegemite sandwich)!
