The story:
I used to hear this song all the time on the bus coming home from junior high school. I would always wonder why someone would be tearing up feminine hygiene products, but I figured it made sense that it would be done by someone who was stoned. I was sure that I must be hearing these words wrong, but I could never figure what they were really saying.
