The story:

Me and my friend were driving 320 miles round-trip on the PA turnpike and we put this song on the CD player...towards the end of the song, when they say this the last time, i did a double take at the lyrics...after hearing it wrongly i turned to my friend and asked him, "didn't it sound like he said 'I got the runs'"...after rewinding about 3 times we figured it was "I felt the runs"...then we rewinded and listened to when they say it the first time in the song and we figured it out pretty easily
