The story:

In England .. a loo is slang for a toilet or a restroom.

Being English myself, and knowing Elton John was English .. I

just figured he was singing about a loo. I was singing an array

of oldies one day and started singing that one while my mum

listened. She started laughing and told me those lyrics actually

suited better than the REAL ones.
