I realised this mistake quite early on since I knew my version was stupid and didn't make sence, but for the life of me I cannot get "Annie eat your oatcake" out of my head, even though I know the phrase is "Annie are you OK". I can also sympathise with those who hear "Annie are you walking". I sometimes hear that as well. So - in order - "oatcake"; "walking"; "OK"

I know what you mean. I can't help hearing it as "Eddie are you ok, are you ok, Eddie?"
