Ever since I first heard this song, I thought they were singing "Follow your dues"- so one night, I was hanging out with a group of people, drinking, enjoying music and this song came on. Everyone was having a good time and singing along, and I was really getting into it- my boyfriend started to laugh, turned down the music and all you could hear was me saying, "Follow your dues"- he said, "follow your dues, it's all the young dudes! Who the hell do ya think they're telling to spread the news?" I don't know if you think this is that funny, but I was quite embarrassed! And I don't think I've been the same since!
