The story:
I was singing this song out loud while driving - it was on the radio and I was stopped at a light when I blurted out the misheard version and a group of kids in the car next to me started cracking up and told me the right lyrics. I didn't believe them till I looked it up!

Actually in the booklet that comes with the CD, you had the lyric correct. Most websites online have it wrong. So the actual lyric is, "We're plastic, but we'll still have fun!"
