The story:
My local Adult Contemporary station plays this song
at least one a day, so chances are I hear it driving
to and from work a few times a week. One afternoon,
it happened to come on just as I was pulling into my
garage, so i sat in the car to listen before going
inside. I realized in horror that I had thought for
years Paul was singing about them being browned in
the sun during their yard time in jail.
