J. was playing the song on his computer. His son walked through the room and I sang loudly, "We're livin' in the funk" to the song, and smiled...and they both looked at me really weird and kinda stricken...I felt myself blush as the real words drifted into my head and made sense after all these years...I always thought it was "livin' in the funk", because I never had the album! LOL ROFL *blush* I still get that funny laughy embarrassed feeling deep inside when I hear that song, and I stll go around singin' in my head, "We're livin' in the funk, it's a put on..."
