The story:
I had made it to finals of a singing competition (a kind of spin-off
of American Idol, but for the entire north-east U.S.). It was me and
two other singers, and our song selection for this round was
important. I chose this song and I confidently sang from my heart
"there's a can of fish..." Imagine my surprise and embarrassment
when I was booed off the stage and became the laughingstock of
the north-east.
Just kidding. I was in the car listening to the radio and confusedly
asked why they were singing about fish. Hahaha.
