The story:
The mishear is actually my sisters. My sister had the hots for this guy so she asked me to go with her and CASUALLY meet him for coffee. When there was a lull in the conversation, she blurted out, "I can't believe Marvin Gaye would be so crude as to write those lyrics." When asked what lyrics she was talking about, she made her big mistake by singing them out. We about split our sides laughing. Needless to say, she never made it to first base with that guy. He probably thought that was her version of a come-on. But every time I've heard that song since, I picture little sperm doing all kinds of things out there in the rain!!!
